  • 125gr low fat yogurtpartially frozen
  • 1tablespoon honey
  • 1tablespoon flaked almonds
  • cinnamonto taste

  1. Throw together into a blender and enjoy! If you have one of those upside down blenders, like the nutribullet, put the chia seeds in last. I find that they get stuck to the bottle if they’re below the wet ingredients.
